need to turn a 6pin into an 8pin

Munhe

So i have a PSU 600w MS industrial, it has only one 8pin connector(4+4) and one 6 pin, but my MSI gtx 1060 6gb needs an 8pin connector, so what would my best option be? To get a 6pin to 8pin connector or some other way? All help is much appreciated, thank you in advance, btw i am using my 8pin for the CPU(ryzen 5 2600),i know there are 6pins to 8pins conectors i also know there are 12v molex to 8pins(whatever that is)

Get a new PSU mate or does your PSU have any other empty slots available?

this must be a oem psu?although its never recommended to use adapters, but adaptor do work.

there used to be some 6 pin to 6+2pin adapter comes in the box of gpu(eg my sapphire6850 and a gtx1660ti I recently saw in unboxing ), but never seen 2x 4pin molex to 6+2pin in free.

i used a 350w cheap psu 2xmolex to a 6pin and it worked.

but the psu was a great issue in my case lol

my PSU isnt a very fancy one ,630w MS industrial, it has (this is of the box)
1.20+4 pin

2.4+4 pin 12v
3.molex x2(480mm)

4.Sata x3(480mm)

5.FDDx1

6.6pin x1 connector

7.fan12cm

8.1,2 power cord

So i used the 4+4 pin for the CPU (ryzen 5 2600), and i realized i dont have another 8pin for my MSI gtx 1060 which requires one 8pin connector, based on that what is my best choice of action? thank you all for help btw,i just called the store they have 6pin to 8pin

The EPS 8-pin (which you call 4+4, CPU power) is not the same as a GPU 8-pin.

You can use a 2 molex to 1 pci-e 8-pin power, but that is not recommended.

Get a better PSU. MS Industrial PSU-s are MSAN-s Chinese-made low-quality low-budget PSU-s.

Change the PSU. Who recommended you to use the shit-tier MSAN power supply with a ryzen and a mid-range GPU?!

Throw that PSU into a fire, before it starts one.

Get a good PSU.

Location Serbia

https://gigatron.rs (this is the store website) one of the more popular ones,

the budget is not an issue i guess, i got money, but i dont want to go like 150$ for a PSU, so should i be better of getting a modular PSU? is that the best option?

this would be your best bet if it has to be from that website at the lowest price possible for a decent PSU. It also has plenty headroom for future upgrades to your system.

Yes, your PSU is shit.

I've found it in a shop for under 20€.

So you have to replace it, if you want to have fun with your PC for more than a couple of months, until that piece of electronic waste and pollution destroys everything you have and even maybe kills you.

Yes, its that bad.

So no, get a decent PSU. The amount of connectors screem "I'm shit, pls don't use me"....

Yes and a bar of dynamite as well.

And the dynamite has its use.

The PSU he has can only be used as a paperweight, maybe self defense device.

Except that it has no use. And the Energy and material to make it were totally wasted.
