I own a flash game site with about 1000 users/week. It used to be closer to 4000, but as I have not been updating anything, it is declining. Now, I would like to sell it.  Can i sell it? Should I? How would I do it if I wanted to?

I don't think you can sell it. 1000 users/week is quite small.

Better just make most out of its slow death. Plague it with annoying ads.

 

I don't think there's any place where you could just go and look for buyers. Usually in tech world that goes other way. Some competitor or parent company sees that your site is popular and making money. So they get in contact and make an offer based on amount of unique users, time spent on site etc. statistics. Aka how much they can get out of it with more streamlined advertising and integrating it as part of their own business.
