Does anyone know good books or tutorials about building servers for hosting, storage, cloud etc.? The more the better! Thanks in advance!

I'd be hard to find anything since you don't usually build servers in professional environments

The OP might mean OS choice and software configuration?

 

but yes, most enterprise environments get servers from OEMs like Dell and HPE. You get way better support, and the pricing often isn’t crazy different anyway.
