GTA V - Extreme laggy and FPS Drops (shutter) - High End PC

So, I have the GTA V, installed and played with great FPS.

 

Suddly, after a time, I can´t play GTA, i have shutter, fps drops, all other things... can´t figure why!

 

I mean, is there something that can cause this shutter unplayable game?!
