100% Disk Usage while Gaming

Hi i have been having issues where games were unplayable and freezes all the time and i always have 100% usage all the time while in games please i really need help i even switched out to a new hard drive and i dont know what to do i honestly give up thanks

My Rig: CPU: Intel Core i3 8100 RAM: 4GB DDR4 GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 MotherBoard: Gigabyte H310M S2H HDD 1(new): WD Blue 1TB HDD 2(old): WD Blue 320GB

this seems to have in every game i play like Fortnite, Overwatch, Apex Legends and sometimes CSGO

exactly what Mira said. if you can allow yourself to, try to get some more ram just any extra 4gb stick will do for you. which go for about 20 usd shipped in ebay (if you are from the US) otherwise consider buying used local or sites like aliexpress
