turn all settings lowest, play 720p or 540p.

Hi I have 4gb ram witch setting should I change to remove all stutters and I dont know whitch to change pls help

Irrelevant. 4GB RAM is just way too little for modern games, nothing else you can do but turn everything to lowest settings.

The GTX 1060 3gb VRAM is insufficient for nowadays latest games, meaning that you fill up those 3GB super fast and then in order for the game to keep running it need to use the System Memory RAM too... since you only have 4GB then it goes to the next layer: Pagefile (Virtual Memory) using your Hard Drive which is suuuuuuuppppper slow and causes your stuttering issues.

 

So either you turn your resolution down to 720p or you buy more system memory RAM.
