Floatplane: Tag videos which are already released on youtube or which are private

Often the youtube and the floatplane videos use a different thumbnail or title.  This makes it difficult to know, when I visit floatplane, if I have seen a video yet already or not.  Similarly, if I see a video on youtube I can not check floatplane to see if I already saw it.  I suggest the following feature written as an agile story:  As a primary youtube user who does not check floatplane daily I want to know when videos are private (or inversely which videos are public) so that when I am browsing I can know if it is likely if I have seen the content on another platform already.
