can i upgrade a alienware mx17r3

hey ,

i got a seconds alienware mx17r3 lap but i would like to upgrade it to futher gaming since it only had 1600*900 resolution and only 30fps please let me know for further info

Unfortunately, no, not in any meaningful way. You can upgrade the GPU, and probably the screen, but for the money it would cost you'd be better off selling your laptop and putting the money towards a better one.
