Need help finding wireless earbuds that can hear outside noise.

At my job I could only wear one earbud and it gets pretty annoying only using one earbud, so I wanted to know if there are any that lets me listen outside noise and wear both at the same time. If not then I guess I’ll try the bone ? conducting headphones.

Nuheara IQ buds

 

Can control what you hear from your phone or use the presets. They actually work pretty well.

real out of my price range, also lot of bad reviews...
