I would either buy 3000mhz ram or overclock to that, Ryzen chips tend to perform better with faster memory speeds.

Maybe perform isn't the right word...

you're right. I'd even suggest 3200 as they're not much more money. and perform is a just word

Performs about the same as the 1070 but you get the full warranty period.

I don't know exactly. But you could buy those online. But if you don't mind , you can ask your any friend who has windows 10 copy and key .also you can use unactivited version.

Against community guidelines to recommend as they are more often then not bought with stolen card details. 

There are lots of videos made that show grey market sites tho

mods hasn't really stopped us from recommending them, even if they don't recommend it themselves. also, citation needed, since stolen card details are more steam keys than windows keys.
