Tag menu not going away

Sometimes when I put the @ symbol & then either put a space or move the cursor the menu doesn’t go away. Whilst/after typing or after submitting editing or both.

 

 Idk how I got 3-4 one time (no picture sorry) but here’s an example:

iphone 6 SE. Safari. 

Dont remember if it happened on Windows 10 Firefox too or not.
