Dual Display not functional with Displayport

Findiculous

Afternoon all

So I have 2 monitors linked up to my system but my second monitor always determines that it "isnt active". Please note that this only happens with the Displayport cables.

Both monitors worked fine up until Microsoft support reactivated my windows 10 for me. The 2nd monitor will show my bios and initial post screen through displayport as well before windows defaults back to monitor 1 for the log in screen and determines that display 2 isnt active.

I currently have the monitor plugged in via HDMI and it works fine. as a second display but locked at 60hz and its a little tedious to have to take the cable out of the graphics card when I want to use my PS4.

As you can see from the screens below, monitor "2" appears to show itself as smaller than the other 2 (despite being the same brand make and model monitor).

Display 3 is the 2nd monitor hooked up via HDMI.

GPU drivers have been uninstalled, reinstalled, updated etc.

Any idea whats happening?
