Guy you there is so many high end gaming PROCESSOR 

But in my case i have pentium dual core e5300 a 12 year old cpu

I want to ask you that can i use is cpu with thermal compound with a stock fan on it  ???

As you know not high end 

Give your suggestions ???

its a pretty old cpu. it can "game" but it doesn't mean it should. you can use pretty much any type of thermal paste on it and any lga 775 compatible cooler on it don't bother giving it a somewhat expensive cooler cuz it really doesnt matter at this point.

I'd recommend upgrading it to some Core2 Quad. I had a Pentium Dual-Core E5200 on one PC and I upgraded it to a Core2 Quad Q6600 which I BSEL modded to 3.0GHz.

i had a q9450 for my first pc and that thing was amazing for what i was playing back then it was even fine on an early build of a ps3 emulator and gta v. If you could get a c2q that's gonna bring you way better framerates compared to what you have right now..
