speaker help!!!

hi i have a pair of speakers tannoy 402's and lately the twitters have been making so much static noise, if anyone knows something about this problem or has any idea of how to fix it please let me know.

Ground loop isolator's essentially remove the "fuzzy" sound from an audio signal by isolating the particular circuit from the ground loop (a ground loop is where two circuits are connected to the same ground wire - the fuzzy sound comes from the voltage potential difference between these circuits)
