I will be re-using the GPU, PSU and storage from my old build. The rest (CPU,Case,RAM,MOBO,Cooler) will be bought. Any feedback or issues with the build or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

My old build could not run a lot of modern games at steady frame rates (FFXV, KCD,Apex Legends) because my CPU was bottlenecking my GPU. I would also like to  stream gameplay on twitch.

I am currently playing on 1440p, with a 144Hz monitor.

I live in Singapore and was planning to buy my parts online through Newegg or something similar because the cost of the parts locally is far greater than buying from newegg. I was wondering how would warranty of my parts work if I didn't buy the parts locally? Any help or feedback would be appreciated thanks!

Very well done Luke.... OP I would get the rig suggested by him.  Much better bang for the buck.  Although he really doesn't need a 750w PSU a 600watt with good 12v railing should do don't you think Luke ?

Also OP what resolution does he play at.  If 1080p then that video card is a over kill big time.  If 1440p then that makes sense.  The only way to take advantage of the 11GB VRAM is to play at 4k resolution with all in game maxed out..... which would barely give a 60fps and dips as well.

Hello thanks for the reply! Is there a reason why I should get the 9600k over the 9700k if I plan on streaming? Also I would like to keep the lian li case because I like its aesthetics

In that case you will be good to go with the video card and it will yield triple digit on AAA titles.

oh, you were streaming... then I would personally get a 8700k for the extra threads, or go to amd's ryzen 7

I get it, but keep in mind the pc-o11 is meh because of the cooler compatability

But I must say 800 bucks for a 1080Ti is very steep.  Also as I said before the TI means 3GB more VRAM for 4k gaming not 1440p gaming.  You can just buy a 1080 used from ebay for like 450 bucks or so.  You will not notice a performance difference I promise.

What do you mean by cooler compatibility? I thought it supports 360mm rads?

it does, but especially on air it's really bad... so that's why i don't always recommend it.

but that's about it

So it would be fine if i ran it with an AIO water cooler and not an air cooler right?

Also another thing, is there a difference between the MOBO i picked vs the one you recommended? Thanks for the help so far
