Gaming build needed

Spuankmeister

To start off with, I just wanna play games (at least medium graphics) above or near 60 fps and Im wondering if I should get an intel build for its upgradability (since for my more expensive build im going intel) or go for the cheaper amd build for now and replace the motherboard and chip later.

Grab the 8700k and overclock her to 4.8Ghz and never look back. Also the 2060 RTX pownz the 570 big time.  Eveything looks good on the second build.  Pull the trigger my friend.

Everything I've come to understand is that it's not a smart plan to build a pc as a hold over for 'when you can upgrade'.

That said I don't know if that more expensive build is what you should go with either. But I expect others can be more helpful there.

I don't think u gonna think about upgrade once u get 8700k

u may can get away using it for 5 year and forget about it

you can upgrade, to 9900k assuming your board is good, but u probably won't with 8700k, it's a great CPU for gaming

just put it, and forgot about it,
