But i need a monitor that can keep up with it that is $405 or under. Thanks in Advance!

Btw i know the prices are a bit crazy but i have a 35 percent off sale which i have already applied to the prices

It will be sharper than 1080p video. but not as sharp as 4k video on 4k monitor
