I have been searching for a bit now, and I am not educated or dedicated enough to truly figure this out. What is the best mini atx computer I can build for around $1000 that includes a 2060? Dont care if Intel or AMD, I am in America.

Are you looking for a mini-ITX or mATX build?

What sorts of things will you do on the machine?

I am in awe how you got a 2070 in there too. you guys are amazing. Is the 450 watt going to be enough?

Game, IDK the difference tbh, that's why I came here. I built a few computer over 5 years ago and I am not caught up yet with any of the new stuff, I just want a small-tiny computer I can literally carry around.

Mini-ITX is the smallest motherboard size that is commonly used for builds of this sort. It supports only two memory and one PCIe slots. MicroATX (mATX) is larger and can support up to four memory and four PCIe slots.
