HDMI splitter 3 in and 2 out with low latency?

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for a convenient way to both switch and split HDMI signals.
The idea is to connect my Switch, Wii U, PS3 and Xbox One to the same TV (which only has 2 HDMI ports) but also to connect this to the HDMI in from my Xbox One to do some Ghetto streaming 
(Switch > Xbox One > Xbox App from a Win 10 laptop > Twitch via OBS)
The OG xbox one induce latency with it's HDMI passthrough making action games unplayable that way so I was thinking to mirror the signal to my TV and the Xbox using a splitter. 

Anyone knows a good affordable (money is currently an issue) splitter/switch with 3 inputs and 2 outputs with low lattency? (i don't know if switch and splitters induce latency but I guess it could)
