Microsoft store is the best place. Amazon is next best place. Retail price for Pro is $200USD, OEM goes for $150USD. If its anything less than that, its grey market key.

but its too pricy =, what you think about  www.kinguin.net and scdkey website >> they selling key at very cheap price

Those are grey market keys. Meaning that no one except seller can be sure how seller got them. They could be acquired by illegal means, they could be cheated from Microsoft, they could be re-used from old office OEM PCs etc. Thats why they are so cheap. If one doesn't work, seller can just give you another without loosing any money.

 

Its your choice if you use those sites. I don't support grey markets.

windows pro is professional ?? what is that defference between pro and enterprice ??

Nothing in features. Enterprise keys are sold in bundles. There can be those which require KMS to activate (connected to companies network) or use multi-use activation key. Either way selling Enterprise keys is against ToS of Microsoft.
