Building a PC $1000 Argentina

Hi all, my friend wants build a gaming desktop pc with a budget of $1000 aprox. ($35000 AR$) and I suggested him to ask this community because you know a lot about computers. This computer will be for gaming purpose running games like League of legends, Apex, pubg. The case will be something similar to a spec-04 corsair (regarding to size). Also, he already have a monitor and peripherals. Any suggestion about motherboard, cpu, graphic card, cooling, etc?
