Linux :: Open Media Vault :: Kernal Panic! failed to sync

Hi, Im trying to run Open Media vault on my raspberry pi, but every time i boot it Display the screenshotted message below.

I have tried multiple working sd cards, images, and imaging softwares.

 

Would appreciate any help.

A kernel panic is not a good thing, there can be some misconfiguration somewhere, do your carefully followed the install instructions?
It's the os fault imo, to exclude any other issues, does raspbian ran properly?

There were no install instructions xd, I just did it the normal way. Raspbian did run correctly.

it says " Do not decompress but write the .img.xz image in a single step using Etcher to SD card: https://etcher.io "

Im certain i tried both not decompressing it, and using etcher, however i will try that again.

I tried it again, and it didnt even show the error/log screen this time, just ACT and power leds

Solved::

 

OMV is not supported on raspberry pi 1, You need 2 or 3.
