CPU High usage on Gaming and Video editing

My cpu is the intel i5 7600 non k my Graphics card is gtx 670 my motherboard is Gigabite h110m s2h everytime i play games or do any video editing my usage is goes to around 90-100% on idl its only about 30% is anything bottlenecking my performance. I have tried everything. Any suggestions please

A locked quad core without smt is going to be maxed out pretty easily not - I'd say that's pretty normal.

That's normal, it's an old and weak CPU.

 

As for bottlenecking your experience, everything is. The CPU and the GPU and probably the RAM if you have less than 16GB, maybe even the hard disk if you're not using an SSD.
