How to clean a laptop screen?

Recommended Posts

Grab a cloth, preferably microfiber but any will do, wet it with water, wring it so it's just damp, then clean the screen. Grab a paper towel to dry the screen afterwards so you don't get streaks.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Whats the best process to use when cleaning a plastic screen, its a HP 15-ay laptop that I use for school and the dirt and dust is starting to get annoying

Cheers

I just use dish soap to clean my screens. Nothing fancy is needed. Avoid glass cleaner because some can have additives that will harm any coatings on the screen.

Got a computer problem? Update the BIOS! 😂

I use microfibre cloth with alcohol, never had any issues even with mate screens.

My sound system costs more than my PC.        Check out my S340 build log "White Heaven"        The "LIGHTCANON" flashlight build log        Project AntiRoll (prototype)        Custom speaker project
