You might as well have said "What brand of toaster is the best" because without more information there are too many factors, the main one being what is your budget?

Same with Intel vs AMD, Nvidia GPUs are usually superior in terms of raw performance but AMD is most likely the better price/performance pick.

Yea I currently have amd gpu but don't like it I have a budget on 200 dollars for gpu new/used to buy and I want it to be gtx, which one should I buy?

For 200 there is GTX 1060. It can power most of games at ultra in 1080p, but if it is not optimised or really heavy you won't always hit the 60 fps target.

If you don't like AMD then get a used GTX 1060
