Galaxy S8 950U problem

Hi,

        I am new so I don't know if this is the right thread  or even if this is allowed. Well whatever here I go.

 

The problem i have is that i purchased a used galaxy s8 950u even though i am not in USA i am in Pakistan. I cant update my device OTA. It says "Device registration fail"

I can't use Samsung health app it says my device is rooted, same with Samsung pay. I checked and KONX is not tripped. I checked by downloading an app and also by booting it into download mode. In the boatloader it doesn't display any information about the devices name or specifications. My sim works fine I can use the internet and make calls freely. 

I wanna know if this is a sign of bad flash or something else. If it is a bad flash than I can provide the baseband version or anything else. I searched a lot and I cant find the correct frimware for my device.

The CSC country is Hong Kong for some reason. 

Help will really be appreciated.

Did the previous owner root it?

I have no idea. I reset the device and it's still the same. I doubt that it is rooted becuz it displays 0x0 in odin mode.
