Best Deal shopping for “Bitcoin” Game rig

I bought one of those P106 mining cards as they can be made to run as GTX1060 graphics cards. Turns out I need a 4th gen Intel CPU or higher to use this card and my i5-3470 is third gen.

 

Drat.

 

So I got to thinking, what might it cost to build an ultra-budget PC just to run this card?

 

-lowest cost motherboard to run a compatible CPU that’s a good pairing for a GTX1060

-onboard video and HDMI output

-onboard everything (audio, sound etc)

-SATAIII

 

Does anyone have parts/purchase recommendations?
