I'm not sure what's out there for free it's my first time, I want to check my cpu and gpu performance and also compare I'm also learning overclocking my cpu on youtube as well.

https://www.maxon.net/en/products/cinebench/ - Cinebench for CPU

https://www.aida64.com/downloads - Aida64 Demo for CPU

https://benchmark.unigine.com/ - You can pick what ones you want for testing your GPU

Hope this helps :)

I have cpu-z and Fraps for fps, but I see on youtube people using programs to test the system, I was wondering are there any free software I can get to test/benchmark my own system.

I was also hoping to ask the software jaystwocents was using called "haven" full name and if it's free?

Unigine heaven benchmark, and there are others like Unigine Superposition and Unigine Valley. They are free.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
