ML120 PRO LED White 120mm PWM confusion

I am confused about the corsair icue software. I have 2 Corsair ML 120 Pro White Led fans and I can't figure out how to change the PWM  for the fans inside of fans. The fans don't pop up in the software. Do I need one of Corsair's hubs to control PWM?

You control the fan speed using the motherboard's software or from the BIOS.
