Browser issues - HELP ASAP

So I was casually browsing on the latest version of Chrome BUT -

1. The Google apps grid button on the top right corner is NOT working

2. Gmail won't load properly at all like there are some icons missing and it is becoming really inconvenient

 

Please somebody assist me

Try to uninstall it and reinstall it and see if that helps. Let us know.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even restarting my computer several times but it didn't work

Try : 

Updating,

Clearing cache and cookies,

Resetting settings to defaults,

menu>settings>advanced>content settings>images> check if "show all" is selected.

Perhaps we can do a DDU in safe mode then boot up normal and see what happens.
