will optain mamory help me in any way if i have ssd 150G  and 2T hard drive  ?

It will help the 2TB hard drive by becoming a large cache for it. Although, many say it's not worth it because you can just get an SSD instead of Optane and put files you want to access fast on it.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

As stated above, you can just get a larger SSD nowadays and the prices are much better than they were.

 

As for mass storage, you can use optane for it, but it's a cache system so it won't speed up things you don't use frequently. Also, if you access different things out of succession, it will take multiple loads of each one in succession before you start to get benefit.
