The case has one 120mm fan preinstalled on it.  The system's not making so much heat that you'd need an additional 120mm fan, so you could save those 13.55 euro on the corsair rgb fan or use them to buy something better in other departments.

For example, instead of going with that Corsair CX series psu that's only bronze efficiency, you could add a few more euro and go with something Gold efficiency, higher quality.

For example :

+2.28 euro BitFenix Formula Gold 550W : https://azerty.nl/product/bitfenix/3419574/formula-gold-550w-voeding-intern-550-watt

+9.14 euro Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550w : https://azerty.nl/product/seasonic/3765408/focus-gold-550-voeding-intern-atx12v-eps12v

There's also room to save a few euro on the motherboard, but that depends on color scheme and features and other things.

Thanks for replying first of all, I think the 13 bucks is worth the fan so I can maybe squeeze a bit more out of the gpu, I am not sure how good the bitfenix formula and seasonic focus plus PSU's are but I think ill look into it
