Cant disable windows antivirus

hello guys, for some reason i am unable to disable the antivirus on my pc. My user is in the administrator group but when i go to the windows antivirus options it says that this setting is managed by the administrator. I am not sure why this is happening as my user is administrator

Well, try making another admin user and retrying the method

windows defender/ms essentials is the windows antivirus, what app is denying you access as an administrator?
