Single-Rail VS Multi-Rail

NightWing

I recently bought an OCZ 750w powersupply on sale.

When I got it hope i discovered that it is a quad rail PSU.

Everyone says Single rail PSUs are the way to go.

Should I keep this PSU or should i swap it out for a single rail at some point?

Yeah as long as you don't overload a rail and balance multi-rail power supplies aren't any worse than single rail

If you balance the load between the rails it wont make any difference. But always remember for the future given the choice, the less going on the less that can go wrong.

Generally single rail is better... Although I have heard arguments that multi-rail is better for PSUs over 1000w.
