Get an Arctic Freezer 33 eSports ONE instead.

Why? Because I've never heard of LC-Power before.

I'd get a Cryorig M9a. I have an M9i (same but Intel version) and it's great for the price.

LC power is well known brand here in Serbia that makes solid budget components
cryorig m9a nowhere to be found here in Serbia and as for arctic freezer 33 it's almost double the price of  LC Power
but i was hoping that someone had some experience with it before i decide

I can second Cryorg for the most part, except their piece of shit fan that came on my H5 Ultimate blew up and lost a fin immediately the instant I touched it. Clearly a manufacturing issue, but I wasn't about to wait 3 months without my computer for an RMA. I replaced it with a Corsair fan and it's good now. Although their mounting hardware is proprietary to their fan so I had to literally zip tie my Corsair fan onto it.

Ignoring RGB lights, the Arctic Freezer Xtreme gives much better cooling for less money.

Studying abroad, ditched the crappy laptop for a do-all laptop double. Dried factory CPU paste, long memory timings, cooler cools the inductors but not the mosfets and an inch of unused internal space on both left and right

Model: HP Omen 17 17-an110ca CPU: i7-8750H (0.125V core & cache, 50mV system agent undervolt) GPU: GTX 1060 6GB Mobile (1696MHz 0.812V ~ 1860MHz 0.95V) RAM: 12GB DDR4-2666 19-19-19-43 2T Storage: 128GB Toshiba NVMe SSD (KBG30ZMV128G) + 1TB Seagate 7200RPM 2.5" HDD (ST1000LM049-2GH172) Monitor: 1080p 120Hz IPS G-sync

The best thing to do is reading the clock speed that doesnt end in a pair of zeros. Software voltage readings are wrong if your motherboard's not a high end model

CPU: i7-2600K 4493MHz (multiplier: 43x) 1.35V (software) --> 1.4V at the back of the socket Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme4 (BCLK: 104.5MHz) CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 RAM: Adata XPG 2x8GB DDR3 (XMP: 10-11-11-30 2T 2133MHz, custom: 10-11-10-30 1T 2229MHz) GPU: Asus GTX 1070 Dual SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB (main boot drive), Transcend SSD370 128GB PSU: Seasonic X-660 80+ Gold Case: Antec P110 Silent, 5 intakes 1 exhaust Monitor: AOC G2460PF 1080p 144Hz (OC'd 150Hz) TN Keyboard: Logitech G610 Orion (Cherry MX Blue) with SteelSeries Apex M260 keycaps Mouse: BenQ Zowie FK1

An air cooler can't be that bad (just some Hyper 212 clones), just be aware of the prices.

no, get a good one or stick with the Boxed.

Good means 120mm fan or more.

...when in reality they make mostly shit. Low cost shit.

PSU are mostly shit and the rest is just overly expensive compared to quality brands.

Quality and performance has a price.

You can't have both.

So save money and get a good heatsink.

You aren't really providing quality help there. You shit on brand just because you haven't heard of it. And you give option which doesn't have RGB (probably something OP wants). Not even asking for details on what they are after and what their options are.

Which the linked cooler is.

We aren't talking about PSU here. We are talking about cooler. I wouldn't get LC-Power PSU for gaming PC. The one my family has, has lasted for over 10 years, so they aren't fire hazard. LC-Powers other stuff isn't expensive either. Its mid-tier price range and quality is what you would expect. Cases and peripherals, like USB hubs, are worth the price they are sold.

This is true, but if you don't have review or personal experience to back up your claim that linked cooler isn't worth of money, maybe leave this kind of nonsense out of your replies.

@Marijanusic I recommend a ThermalTake Contac Silent 12 because with beefier coolers (freezer 33 esports one isn't even that much better if at all) you'll see zero performance increase. Ryzen's voltage curve which makes the required voltage increase per 0.1ghz exponential as you reach 4.2ghz (4.1ghz for lottery losers) will also make heat production exponential, making the "huge" advantages of large HSF's like the Dark Rock Pro 4 for instance void. Not to mention the voltage wall of 1.4v with Zen 2 that you don't want to go above (otherwise silicon degradation will exponentially speed up).

Or that LC power cooler that's probably the only one avaliable in Serbia.

You are angry because the fan broke after you put your finger in it?... And you think that is a manufacturing defect?...

ok I got the LC CC 120 RGB version and it performs better than expected now I'm at idle at 27C and at gaming max recorded temp was 49C and that's in a room in about 20ish degrees  C
now i know i ignored some of you guys here but I do appreciate the help you guys provided but i am on a budget and so far nothing failed me from LC although I'm aware that's not some high-end stuff .
 Thanks...
i should note that i used the thermal paste that came with the cooler and that stock temp from wraith stealth was about 34 idle and about 82C max temp while gaming so that's a huge improvement over stock for me at least
