Python programs to Kotlin or Java??

Please translate this Python program to Jave or Kotlin so that i can make an .apk or android apps out of it! Also please translate this program in C++ and C# Please Help :)

One More Question

Is it possible to translate this program to C# and make an android app using Unity3D.

You can either use the native Android API or the java API
