If you have a PCI-E slot which I bet you do you can, but why Vega? Too much price for that performance.

And what is the CPU?

If its not an i7 4790/K Vega tier gpu's are overkill for gaming i suppose

I don't know where you live, but right now the best price performance in the 300-400 range is RTX 2060, Vega 56 OC, or Vega 64 in the states.

Remember with Vega you will need a minimum of 600w power supply . Just with it being a prebuilt it's something people often overlook

Touche

But generally unless you go with cards that have PCI-E slot power only, you'll need a new PSU anyway.
