There we go!
I remember earlier rumors saying they were releasing on the 15th and I was like "What? But there has been no marketing, no announcements, and no performance numbers." - Heck I even know people are still confused about the name (I kinda am to... Why is it all of the sudden 16?)
The 15th being the review embargo date makes a LOT more sense.

The power color red dragon or whatever it's called, is a fantastic card. It has amazing cooling and is the card gamers nexus used to power mod.

The power mod (and I think they flashed a Vega 64 BIOS to it) made it perform incredibly well. It was up there with the RTX 2070 and was a killer in price to performance.

Thats right! I've seen the video on GamersNexus, incredible mod!

This is the graphics card I didn't anticipate at all since the rumor blooming, and I was like resist myself from the informations. Seeing those 2 pics of MSI and Gigabyte really surprises me that this thing is really happened. ?

Also this?

Will this one act as the 1050 Ti for all of this Nvidia latest gen?

The 1660 Ti appears to be the 1060 6Gb 9GB/s version replacement. It'll be roughly 20% better performance over the current best 1060s.

It's pretty much just going to be a tier-based replacement. Normal 1060 will be replaced by the normal 1660. Expect a 1650 and below set of models over the next few months as well.
