Software to disable windows 10 DPI scaling?

A few weeks ago I got a freesync monitor and everything looked funny and squished when I was gaming with my windows 10 PC. I tried many things to disable DPI scaling it manually but in the end found a tiny software that disabled it permanently and everything looked fine. I formatted the PC recently and cant find the software. It was a small software maybe a few megabytes or less.

Its better but still a bit weird. That software fixed it perfectly.
