1070 ti max memory clock idle

my 1070 ti seems to be at max memory clock since 2 days i added a second screen now i removed it because ive read it might be the problem but it sticks at max memory clock

 

what i did:

removed second screen

reinstalled drivers

installed nvidia inspecter (which brought me back to 810 Mhz but wont go any higher which is even worse???????)

 

hardware:

windows 10 pro
i5 3570 3,4 ghz
8gb dual channel 1600 MHz
gigabyte z77x-d3h
asus ceberys gtx 1070 ti 8gb
samsung SSD 860 evo 250GB
samsung SSD 840 120GB (boot)

 

screen(s):
msi mag241C (144)

HP x23led (60) not connected

i dont mind giving a little $ for someone which can solve it

I think it is normal. I've got the same thing going on with my card. It's normal. It doesn't generate heat either. I don't think you have to worry about it, it's just normal and causes no issues.
