Can the Zephyrus M charge through its thunderbolt 3 ports?

I’m just wondering if you could do that as it’s battery life is 2-3 hours

You cannot charge via TB3 since this model doesn't have USB C charging feature

Also, USB C charging is limited to max 100W which is insufficient for gaming laptops

Not really, usb power delivery and thunderbolt are 2 completely separate standards.
