can you suggested me one true 5.1 system with a receiver and other features or one that just has 5.1 speakers and basic surround sound decoding?

Do you have a budget in mind?  There are a couple of ways you can go with this and need to understand if you have a dollar figure in mind.

If size is not a concern then the option below is fantastic at replicating true 5.1 surround sound.

https://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-YSP-5600-Music-Sound-Dolby/dp/B016B44AP4/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1549050679&sr=8-3&keywords=Yamaha+YSP

I have one of their earlier models and without a doubt Yamaha has replicated surround sound by bouncing sound waves off walls in a way that almost seems like magic.

BLACK and BLUE Build

@benjaminr Two things:

1. "can  you suggested me one 5.1  Sourround Speaker? " - please make sure you make it clear what you are looking for, your original question made it seem like you were looking for a single speaker 5.1 setup, which you are not.

2. Are you looking for a true 5.1 system with a receiver and other features or one that just has 5.1 speakers and basic surround sound decoding?

@benjaminr Actually I have a couple more questions if you do not mind answering?

Are you going to be mounting these appropriately to experience surround sound, or are they all going to be relatively close to you?

How big is the room that you are setting this up in?

Does it need to be a package that comes with all the speakers, decoder and sub or are you open to components?

A full home theater set up with 1 receiver, 5 speakers and 1 sub-woofer would probably be the best quality wise if you want surround sound, but might be expensive and hard to setup depending on the room. I personally would either go with good active stereo speakers or with a headphone and forget about surround sound if the full home theater setup isn't an option.

This is a great receiver that offers some expand ability in the future through Sonos connect if you head that direction.  But there are others you can find from Sony, Yamaha, Denon all within this price range.  I would try to stay away from the higher end ones as they can drive your cost well into the $1000s without speakers.

Pair it with these if they are still available in your market,

https://www.amazon.com/Definitive-Technology-ProCinema-Theater-Speaker/dp/B000TDENA6/ref=sr_1_11?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1549052867&sr=1-11&keywords=5.1+Speaker+System

They are small enough to not take over your room, but provide good sound and from what I have heard clarity.

If they are not available the Klipsch ones are good and accomplish a similar goal of small but big sound.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0779GRFWF/ref=psdc_12097481011_t1_B000TDENA6

If you want to go all out there are tower speakers and more that you can get but in a smaller room it will likely be a little overkill.

If you're using a common desk setup it might be better to get a good quality active stereo speakers(Edifier R1280T are a popular cheaper option, while something like Audioengine A5+ are popular at a higher price point.) and maybe a subwoofer, or headphones. Because without proper speaker positioning 5.1 probably isn't going to sound that good, and good speaker positioning for a 5.1 system in a desk setup is borderline impossible because of how close you are to the monitor/TV. Logitech speakers are usually pretty bad audio quality wise btw.

@benjaminr I personally do not think you would be happy with the microlab speakers, while they probably sound okay they will likely lack any kind of real power to make you feel immersed in the movie/game/etc.  Also they do not seem to decode surround sound, I cannot locate any information about that at all.

The logitechs are decent speakers and but typically lack ultimate sound quality.  They typically accentuate the bass in order to make people believe they are filling out the sound.

As for the Edifier I have never heard them, but the reviews I can find are good, plus they have the additional decoding capabilities that the microlabs lack.

THX means absolutely nothing now-a-days, Creative sound labs bought them out and its literally worthless now. The logitechs will have mediocre treble due to no tweeters

LTT's Resident Porsche fanboy and nutjob Audiophile.

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)
