What causes a loop to leak?

So Im not against getting it...just curious other than the brand why its a go-to I guess - cause if its a lot of hose (can go in parts pile) plus the additives it may be worth getting up front (for the extra hose)

You get 10ft of tubing for $26 (amazon cost) plus the additive that makes one gallon of coolant and the radiator cleanse.

That looks like everything you need for cpu and gpu albeit with only 240mm of rad, but you arent doing anything crazy so it should be enough. Just unsure if the rad is copper and I sorta doubt it is... but that price point is pretty damn cheap for fittings, fans, and all.

If theres a chance of the hose splitting, you shouldn’t be buying it. No company sells something that bad for pc cooling. 

 

Also id that’s a concern, need to be buying the correct size hose for the fittings.  

Correct, waiting for these to arrive before I get hosing.  I will likely have to do an adapter between hose sizes (I don't have a ton of info on what I ordered so going to measure when I get them) which Im okay with (leak point potential each time) however I plan on buying good pagodas (I think that's what its called) for when I do a real loop.  CPU, GPU and Pump/Res below:  (cpu block black mount bracket)

Purchases made on the CPU, GPU, Res, Pump (see post above) I wanted to opt doing this piece by piece and not a kit...for the full custom experience.  $26 isn't bad

I pad $23 and some change for the pump/res $14 and some change for CPU block, $12 and some change GPU block

Can someone enlightened here tell me WHY there are Custom Loop holes in the back of PC cases?  Do people intentionally run the loop outside the system for real?
