Quote

When we compare the RTX 2060 to the GTX 1070 Ti we see that on average it was 4% faster and there were about half a dozen instances where the RTX 2060 was slower by a 4% or greater margin.

Not worth the upgrade from 1070Ti

If you don't have any use for the extra power of the 1070ti and need the change you ll get then do it.

If you're getting refunded the difference then I would for sure, you could also go for the 2070 for around the 450 euro mark as well.
