Buying an NVMe SSD

I have the following motherboard, and I was wondering if I can get an NVMe SSD and if so, is it really worth it?: I currently already have a 250G Sandisk SATA SSD.

Thank you for replying.  I mostly use this system for gaming and strreaming.  I keep my streaming software and saved media on the 2 gig spin up drive and some of the older games as well.  But I'll go through 'phases' where I'll play one particular game for a while. That's when I move it to the SSD then move it back if I'm not using it for a while.  I don't use production software on this PC. Unless you count OBS.
