Ryzen 5 2600 expected voltage for the overclock

I have my Ryzen 5 2600 overclocked to 4GHz on 1.35v and any less my computer will crash. Did I get an unlucky chip or is this normal?

It isn't a bad overclock but some 2000 series cpus can hit 4.0ghz with 1.25 v. Now I wouldn't worry too much as 4.0ghz is still pretty good and should give you excellent performance.
