Asus Ranger VII BIOS Flash

I'm planning to update my bios some point today, I've read the manual and downloaded the latest bios (non-beta) for my Asus Z97 Ranger, I'm going to be using the EZ Update 2 Bios Utility 

 

I was wondering if it is necessary to rename the file, the manual says to change the file name to "M7R.cap"  is the file rename exclusive for BIOS flashback program to be identified? (The button on the back of the Mobo) 

 

or can I use EZ flash 2 with the original file name "MAXIMUS-VII-RANGER-ASUS-3003.CAP"

Is this app within Windows or in the BIOS? If it's in BIOS then it doesnt care about the name, but if you're in Windows the name matters.

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

BIOS only

 

So I'll be safe using EZ Flash 2 in BIOS without changing the name?

 

 

none of this really matters if it goes bad as I have flashback but just to save the hassle.
