Good IPS monitor to use as a second monitor?

My main monitor for my gaming setup is a Dell S2716DG 1440p 144hz G-Sync TN monitor. I am looking to now get a second monitor to make my life easier, especially when I'm streaming and/or managing multiple windows.

 

Would a 1080p 60hz IPS monitor work? If so, I was thinking if this one is any good: https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-GW2480-Monitor-Flicker-free-Speakers/dp/B072XCZSSW/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=1080p+60hz+ips&qid=1548197752&sr=8-2

 

As you can see, I don't want it to be expensive as it will be used as a second monitor.

I'd get a 27 inch and matching TN, becuase seeing TN  next to IPS makes my eyes bleed.

it depends. Go to best buy or something and look at their monitors and compare. Some people think its fine, and some people hate it.
