Crosshair VI Hero and RAM

I got a B450-f gaming atm and i'm thinking to switch to Crosshair VI Hero(better VRMs, more features), it's on sale right now, so i basically get it for the same price of the B450.

My parts are new so i can just return the B450.

But i'm stuck at ram choosing, i've read that there are many issues when it comes to ram and mobo compatibility.

On the QVL list, the Corsair Vengeance LPX are supposed to work at 3200MHz. Is that a certainty? (I can't afford the CL14 G.Skill that are on the QVL)

Or if i use my RipJaws V 3200 CL16, can i manually adjust the timings to get to 3200? Or should i just get something else?

I'm so stuck for days trying to build my damn PC and i hit a wall every time with every component.

Right now, i'm waiting on my new PSU to come in, since i had to change that too....

I believe Vengeance LPX is Hynix and Ripjaws V is Samsung D-die. I don't think you can guarantee that 3200Mhz will be stable with either one on Ryzen, but if one is on the QVL, I would lean towards that.

2933Mhz is pretty much guaranteed, but if you must have 3200Mhz, then you need the 3200Mhz CL14 kits.

I see, what about 3000MHz with CL15? The QVL list has no entries on 3000. Only 3200, 2666, 2400 and so on.

Well, i guess in real world scenario for some gaming, 3200 vs 2933 isn't a noticeable difference, right?

You'll be fine with either.  I am 99.7% certain.  Especially if your CPU is a Ryzen 2000 CPU.

I got a 2600x. And what do you mean by that? Will i be able to get at least 2933 out of them with no issues? Should i stick to my Ripjaws?

The Ripjaws will almost certainly work.  When does the Crosshair get there?  Because you can always just wait to test the Ripjaws kit on the Crosshair.  However, if the Ripjaws kit is a Hynix kit then I am almost positive it will be fine.
