OEM win 10 Hdd to ssd clone/copy NEED HELP

So bought an SSD and in want to clone my existing win 10 oem copy on hdd to the new SSD. I have cloned in the past hdd to hdd, is it the same or it's different? And if so, what's the Best way to do it for free (if possible). 

My hdd is WD blue 500gb and my SSD is Kingston a400 240gb

Update: I already made a clone of hdd to SSD but it doesn't allow to boot from it -_-

All brands have their software now that allow you to clone/migrate.
